Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship, and how long will it take to arrive?
Most purchases leave our warehouse the same business day; during peak seasons, dispatch may require up to two business days. Transit within the continental U.S. averages 4–7 business days. If a longer lead time is expected, we’ll note it on the product page before you buy. We’re proud to offer some of the speediest fulfilment in the industry—along with real‑time updates every step of the way.

Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?

Can I cancel my order?
If your parcel hasn’t shipped, email us at support@eversteadequipmentcom and we’ll issue a 100 % refund. Once the order is on its way, the 30‑Day Return Policy applies.
Damaged Shipments
What if my package arrives damaged?
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt—even if it’s only the packaging. If you discover breakage after opening the box, send photos to support@eversteadequipmentcom and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement or fair compensation.

How do I place an order?

How will I know my order status?
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment clears, and another message with tracking information the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse. If an item unexpectedly goes out of stock, we’ll contact you within one business day.

Yes—every order generates an automatic confirmation. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and keep the message for your records.
Taxes
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied only to shipments bound for California, where Everstead Equipment is headquartered. Orders shipped elsewhere are not taxed by us—saving you added cost.
Order Changes
Can I modify my order after checkout?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, email support@eversteadequipmentcom with your requested changes. Any price difference will be credited back to your card or billed via a secure invoice.
