Inspect Before Signing
Look over the box carefully when it arrives. If you see even minor damage to the packaging, note it on the delivery slip before the driver leaves. -
Can’t Open It on the Spot?
If you suspect hidden damage but can’t unbox immediately, write “suspect damage” next to your signature on the receipt.
