Shipping Fees

  • Continental U.S. — Always free, no hidden charges at checkout.


Daily Cut‑Off

  • Orders confirmed before 6:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) enter our system the same evening. Orders placed after that time move to the next business day’s queue.


Processing Schedule

  • Standard handling time: 1–2 business days to pick, pack, and release your shipment.


Estimated Transit Window

  • Most deliveries reach their destination within 4–7 business days once they’ve left our dock.


Carriers & Freight Service

  • We partner with professional freight networks that transport larger equipment on 18‑wheelers.

  • For curbside freight deliveries, the carrier will call to set up an appointment, so please supply a valid phone number at checkout.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

  1. Order Received — You’ll get an email confirming that your payment cleared and your items are reserved.

  2. On the Way — A second email follows within 1–2 business days, containing your tracking link so you can watch the journey in real time.


Address Changes

Need to correct a shipping address? Email support@eversteadequipmentcom within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll update it before dispatch.


Cancellations

Changed your mind? As long as the package hasn’t shipped, we can cancel for a full refund. If the order has already left the warehouse, please refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.
