We stand behind every purchase. If something isn’t right, our straightforward return process makes getting a replacement or refund painless.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Our Error (damaged, defective, wrong item): We cover return shipping.

  • Change of Mind: You’re responsible for return freight and must choose a trackable service.

3. Damaged / Defective Items

Notify us within 30 days if your order arrives damaged or isn’t working properly. We’ll email you a prepaid label. Once the item is inspected, we’ll issue either:

  • A no‑cost replacement, or

  • A full refund, including any original shipping fees.

4. Change‑of‑Mind Returns

If you simply reconsider, return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. When it arrives in resalable condition, we’ll refund the product price minus outbound shipping. (Restocking fees may apply in certain cases; we’ll always disclose them in advance.)

5. Refund Timing

After your return passes inspection, we’ll email a confirmation and process the credit to your original payment method within seven business days. Banks can take a few additional days to post the funds. If the refund hasn’t appeared after ten business days, let us know.
